Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, activating the natural healing processes in each client's body. Incorporating Hot Stones into a massage is extremely effective in achieving deep relaxation, ridding your muscles of tension and grounding yourself. I love working with Hot Stones and find them to be very healing for my clients.
Prenatal Massage
